Yes! Our blends are formulated to be safe for daily use. Many customers incorporate our matcha or mushroom lattes into their morning rituals or as a mid-day boost.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Most of our products are vegan and gluten-free, carefully crafted with clean, plant-based ingredients. However, there are a couple of exceptions to note. Our Coconut Matcha Latte is the only blend that is not gluten-free, so individuals with gluten sensitivities should avoid this product. Additionally, the Collagen Matcha Latte contains bovine bone collagen, making it unsuitable for vegan diets. Yes, but in balanced amounts. Matcha contains natural caffeine paired with L-theanine, giving you calm, focused energy without the jitters or crash.
How much caffeine is in your matcha products?
Our matcha contains naturally occurring caffeine balanced by L-theanine, which promotes calm, focused energy. The caffeine content is significantly lower than coffee and offers a smoother, sustained lift without jitters or crashes.
Are your products keto or paleo-friendly?
Most of our blends (excluding sweetened lattes) are keto- and paleo-friendly, especially those made without added sugars or artificial ingredients.
Can I take this while pregnant or breastfeeding?
